It was a happy and big surprise to all the relatives that came over. <br />The only trouble, I had a hard time getting them out of the mold, the wooden mold I have is just like yours. If I don't press hard, the design doesn't show well, but if I press hard cookie gets stuck to mold. In the end I ended up using plastic wrap over the mold because I was in a hurry, but the designs didn't show well. Any tips? They may not be as precise as a standard conversion, but as with all ingredients, it is more a ratio that is being maintained and so this does work.
